I have to admit that I was skeptical and nervouse about ordering the pond kit over the internet without any knowledge of you or your business especailly since that was a large $ purchase to make online. I am very happy with my pond and thankful that the whole experience met my expectations.
You have been very helpful from the beginning and always answered my emails complete with advice and pointers. Your immediate assistance processing my pump warranty proved to me that you can about your customers and your reputation. I have received numerous compliments on my pond and look forward to ordering more kits to help my friends get started.

4/6/07 We had a pond newly remodeled by Meyer Aquascapes. It is just stunning! They transformed our nice water feature into a magnificent natural stream and pond.

We just had a pond installed and were having a little trouble with water clarity. I tried the AquaClearer Extreme Dry and we are very pleased with the results. In just a few days the pond was clear. Also, the quick delivery was wonderful, I had trouble finding the Dry Bacteria at our Nurseries here and ordered it at aquascapes.com online store and had the product in less than one week. Thanks!

I'm a pond owner who trys hard to do the right thing, but I sometimes fall short. Jean has been the MOST HELPFUL person I've ever dealt with about caring for my pond and fish. Her advice has been great and the products I've ordered have been shipped promptly. Thanks for everything!
