Shipping & ReturnsAll Mini Pond Systems, MicroPond® Kits, Signature Series 2500 Systems and small items are shipped UPS. ALL STANDARD POND Systems,Signature Series 6500 and items marked to be ordered by phone will be shipped freight. Please call 877 780-1174 to order.All freight deliveries to residential locations must have someone on location to unload the products, preferably two strong bodies. A $25 charge for residential delivery will be added to your order. Also a lift gate will be added to residential deliveries for $25. All deliveries to commercial locations must have a loading dock or the additonal fee of $25 must be added for the liftgate. Some of the products are very heavy. Allow at least 7 to 10 business days for delivery from the time we receive your order. Minimum freight charges are $90. Again please note on RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES BY FREIGHT: There is an additional charge for residential delivery of $25.00, to add a lift gate to truck is $25.00 and to phone you ahead of delivery is $25.00. Call 877 780-1174 if you have any questions. Damaged Shipments PLEASE inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived COMPLETE AND WITHOUT DAMAGE. YOU MAY REFUSE your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. CLAIMS WILL NOT BE PAID IF THE DELIVERY RECEIPT IS SIGNED COMPLETE AND WITHOUT DAMAGE. Be sure to inspect liner rolls carefully since they damage easily! RETURNS/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE/WARRANTY All returns must be pre-authorized and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RA#) before shipping them back. Please call Meyer Aquascape at 877-780-1174 to arrange for us to get you a RA#. Product refund is available up to 30 days with a 7% restocking fee. After 30 days a 22% restocking charge applies. Any product held over 90 days is non-refundable. All returned products MUST BE SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE. Original shipping expenses cannot be refunded. Please keep all warranties, sales invoices, and owners manuals that you receive with your merchandise. In the event an item becomes defective in the first year, call us at 877-780-1174 with information from your original invoice. Custom order items, such as large custom liners, are not returnable.
